Olive Adoption - how it works
All olive adoptions run from the date of payment or from a date chosen by you (eg. a birthday). There are 3 different types of adoption:
Standard 1 Year Package £60
With this package you receive all the normal certificates and documentation (see below) plus a customised Casa del Sole ‘Olive Oil Baron’ T-shirt (size L) or ‘Extra Virgin’ T-shirt (size M) and of-course, your portion of the Casa del Sole organic olive oil harvest in December.
Child’s 1 Year Package £55
With this package you receive all the normal certificates and documentation (see below) plus a customised Casa del Sole ‘Future Olive Oil Baron’ Babygro or childs T-shirt (all sizes available up to 5 years) and, of-course, your portion of the Casa del Sole organic olive oil harvest in December. Our olive oil is perfect for children – almost no acidity and 100% organic- introduce them to good food early.
Wedding/Anniversary/Couples Package £65
With this package you receive all the normal certificates and documentation (see below) with the couple’s names, plus a customised Casa del Sole ‘Olive Oil Baron’ T-shirt (size L) and an ‘Extra Virgin’ T-shirt (size M) plus, of-course, the couples portion of the Casa del Sole organic olive oil harvest in December.

Extended adoptions are available for any package and can be purchased for any tree at any time. Please EMAIL for extended adoptions - these are customised so we will need to invoice you separately.
Tho Olive Groves

Upon purchase you will be contacted via email requesting that you:
- Choose your grove... At Casa del Sole we have 2 olive groves. We call them Uliveto Alto (Top grove) and Uliveto Basso (Bottom Grove). Both groves have a mixture of types of olive tree. There are Piantone Di Mogliano, Pendolino and Leccino varieties and some other types that we haven't managed to identify yet - even with the help of an expert! This mixture gives our olive oil it's unique and distinct flavour and ensures that Casa del Sole olive oil is never 'just another brand of olive oil'.
- Name your tree... this can be anything you like and will appear on your certificate.
- Give the name and address of the person you would like to receive the gift (you can have the certificates sent to yourself and then the oil sent directly to the recipient - it's entirely up to you).
- Give t-shirt/babygro size (only in the case of the Childrens Adoption Packages)
Upon processing your adoption (normally takes only a couple of days) you receive the presentation certificate, map with your tree's exact location & an up to date photo of your olive tree.
In the December of your adoption year you will receive your oil - this could be anything up to 1.5 litres in a bumper year (there is a guaranteed yield of 250ml if the crop is very small)
Your oil is sent to you wherever you are in the world - free
Bottle or container labels will be personalised with your chosen name.
You will be updated on this website throughout the year of your trees progress.
You will be part of the exclusive owners club who can visit their tree at Casa del Sole whenever they wish (but please do call in advance!).
At the end of your adoption year you will be given the chance to readopt your chosen tree again at a lower price.
