The oil is golden in colour - liquid sunshine!

To store simply keep in a coolish, dry place. In the refrigerator the oil will solidify (or if kept anywhere under 5 degrees) which is normal for E.V. olive oil without additives - simply 'thaw' out at room temperature and the oil is back to normal consistency and the taste is unaltered.
