EV Organic Olive Oil Pressed in November x 7

This oil is really something special.

Bright green, brimming with fresh olive flavour, the oil is just perfect for dipping your bread into, drizzling over vegetables or salad, flavouring your Sorana Beans or anything else that you might want to do with it.

Our oil is 100% organic and this an early press. This means that the acidity level is at it's lowest, the flavour and quality at it's highest and really you can't get a better quality oil.

The colour will fade as the sediment settles. If you don't use your fresh oil straight away that is fine - but there will be some sediment left in the bottom of your can which is quite normal.

Olive oil is normally left to settle for a month before bottling so that the oil is more clear. This way you get a milder flavoured oil and no unsightly sediment. However, we love the raw stuff and look forwards to our first taste every year... it's a unique experience and if you love olive oil then you really should taste some of the new stuff - it gives a whole new dimension to your oil appreciation.
